A Traditional Neighborhood Development in Rockwall, Texas, a rapidly growing community just outside Dallas. Phase I (sold out) comprises houses that arouse sentiments of nostalgia, back when neighborhoods gave homeowners the true sense of community (similar to the Celebration community in Florida).
